Atkins Recipes: Mock Danish (IF)

I performed my first low carb cooking demonstration and showed the world the wonders of the mock Danish. Mock danishes were one of the new comfort foods I learned to cook and has been used for a requirement that the diet at an early stage threatened to kill. Some titles for the comfort food of Kent, had to make quick and easy, and would not have the ingredients to prepare a lot. Most recipes will have my seal of approval for the taste and ease of preparation. :-)Here is the Mock Danish recipe: 2 oz cream cheese, (has a sweetener ** count for the day) softened 1 egg 1.5 to 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon Splenda 02:01 tablespoons of ground flaxseed to eat (optional) Topping 1 tablespoon butter. 5 teaspoons cinnamon Dash of Splenda (IF = Induction Friendly)
