Atkins Diet & Exercise: Endurance participants and electrolytes

In this third video of my series of exercises, I detail one of the most important issues for those engaged in the Atkins diet - how to stay hydrated during exercise. The simple answer is to drink water, but on a hot day while sweating that is not always the best answer as to lose essential minerals such as sodium, potassium and other electrolytes.
