Olympic Lifts Burn Fat

Incredible O'Shannon Cookie Bar

O'Shannon, I love bar cookies. Oh, those viscous and sticky biscuit chocolate bars. Oh, I'm the kind of dreams made cookies. These biscuits are a lot of things with the crunchiness and chewiness, you tease the palette of taste. With chocolate, peanuts and peanut butter that your desire to resolve this need for delicious food.

This recipe was from me my daughter, Shannon. During the Christmas holidays my wife, daughter and grandchildren and meetspend two or three days baking cookies for Christmas. This has a tradition in our family since Shannon has been a part of our family many years ago. In fact, a tradition that has been in my wife's family, until she can remember, beginning with her grandmother. Shannon's favorite Christmas cookie is its bar O'Shannon is the name I have given them. Bar:

1/2-cup milk

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter

3 ½ cups Rice Krispies

Bars: Melt butter, chips and peanut butter over low heat in the middle of the big pot of chocolate. After melted add marshmallows and stir until they are melted, stirringcontinuously. Frosting:

1 cup chocolate chips
