Randy weight accident blog

weighed 210.4 pounds. today! Yeah! I found the first ten pounds! I'm excited and I think it's perfect because my eating habits have changed. I did not eat meat and yesterday by accident, but no green salads and ate all day with more fruit. I have a lot of snacks popcorn last night and I had was a low cal meal replacement bars with high protein content, but that was it. So, exactly how many people have said about the importance of a diet, I am aAdvocates of low-carb, high protein food rich in fiber. This is a change of lifestyle, not a diet! Practice of eating differently and your body is to keep the change. I am the proof! Have a great day!
