Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudge

, I wanted to make a new low carb video to welcome the new year. These were successful in all aspects of vacation with my family even my non-low carbing family members. Most are not new they were eating low-carb chocolate. The original recipe is here: cup unsalted butter www.genaw.com 2:01 1 / 2 cup natural peanut butter, softened 2 oz cream cheese 1 cup Splenda cup vanilla protein powder, whey 03: 02 * Microwave butter and peanut butter on high for 1 min, mix well. * Mix the cream* Add the cheese and whey protein powder Splenda until well blended. * Line 8 x 8 "cooking with nonstick foil. Spread the fudge pan and press with other pieces of non-stick foil or plastic wrap. * Chill for one hour. Makes about 20 pieces. Nutritional Info For Party - 95, 7 calories, 8.55 grams of fat (4G Sat), 3.5G protein, 2.3g carbohydrates (1.9g net carbs)
