Your protein bar really a candy bar?

If you plan to eat a protein bar as part of a food program to build muscle, what's the tea? Aaagghh or Mmmmm? If this is the first, is probably the wrong choice, or eat a bar of stale. In the second case, seized or a Milky Way from an accident or a bar rich in protein, but trying to be healthy is simply a Way Milky disguise!

Well, that's where I come as your virtual trainer and nutrition a.Coach, I would be able to help quickly and safely decide what bolt-protein that must be turned on and must remain ... on the shelf!

So I put together my "FAST" selection guide will help you with your purchase protein bars. FAST is an acronym for fats, quantity, nature and the sugar. I'll tell you how everyone is now, and want to pay attention ... due to lack of these can only leave a FATinstead!

Before fats - that is where the bar protein bar can be quickly candy. Basically flavor comes from one of two sources ... Sugar or fat. So there you guys. Do not try to buy your protein bars losers without learning first, "FAST" and quick as a place to have a winner. The ironic thing is .... The winner in this game will help you lose (fat) and gain(The attention of more people than those who admire the muscles grow again!)
