Protein bar recipe ..

4 egg whites 1 / 4 cp. P. Crispy butter 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder 1 / 2 cp. Splenda or 8 PKS. quiz 2 cp. of oats 1 / 2 cp. eat flax seed (if you like) Mix well and place on parchment paper so it does not stick and roll out waxpaper to help and do not flatten waxpaper above is only used to help flatten out and not get all sticky hands in the process. . Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. or brown and crispy fun and let me know if you like .... Dear Rosemary
