Low Carb Pancakes

Great tasting pancakes without sending the insulin through the roof! 1 cup almond flour 2 eggs 1 / 4 cup water 2 T oil 1 / 4 tsp salt 1 T sweetener Preparation: Mix all ingredients and cook as you would other pancakes. I use a nonstick pan with a little 'rapeseed oil. The only real difference is that you "bubble" at the top the same way as regular pancakes. Flip when bottom is brown. makes six 4-inch pancakes Nutritional information: Each pancake has 2 plus 2 grams of net carbsFiber, 6 grams of protein and 155 calories.
