Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Chicken Alfredo (IF)

In this video, I show that a good Italian can actually Atkins or low carb diet. The unique ingredient in this Low Carb Chicken Broccoli Alfredo give the cream cheese into the sauce. As I said in the video, there are many different options for the sauce, place: - spaghetti squash (as shown in the video) - Dream www.amazon.com paste on the field - or one of my favorites, cauliflower Riced. INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) * 2:01 * 1 cup butter (8 oz) package cream cheese (low fatacceptable) * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 1 clove garlic * 1 cup heavy cream * 1 / 2 cup water * 1 / 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3 ounces grated Parmesan cheese pepper * * 1 / 8 teaspoon black Prepare 1 quart spaghetti squash, and cook in pan for 20 minutes. 2. Fry chicken breast in olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning third butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with a whisk untilsmooth. Add water. Cream, a bit 'at a time, beating to smooth out lumps. Mix Parmesan cheese and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with the addition of panna cotta, if too long. 4. Cook the broccoli. 5. Cut the chicken breasts and combine with broccoli and Alfredo sauce. Serves 8 +.
