Homemade protein bars and snacks

If you're bodybuilding or try to achieve your fitness goals with regard to nutrition is thought boring, then you are wrong. Here are two recipes for candy bodybuilding (Protein Bars and balls). For the protein bar you have to mix in a bowl: -2-3 -25 ml of water and honey, oats TSB-100-150g crushed Brazil nuts balls -2-3 Whey Protein Powder (strawberry) for protein-balls you will need: -2 -3 tablespoons of peanut butter and honey TSB -2-3 crushed Brazil nuts-30ml water -2-3 balls protein powder whey(Chocolate Mint) protein bars about 25-35g protein, 55 g carbohydrate fat-35 and 50-10 is included. The protein pellets containing about 10 g protein, 30 grams of carbohydrate and fat-20 3-5g (per ball)
