Book Review - Low-Carb Sweets and The Art of Self-Indulgence "by Sharon Allbright

As "low-carb," the kind of recipes that I see for the most in a cookbook style of the good life are very easy, very tasty, low carb, sugar-free desserts and snack recipes. I think it's partly psychological, in other words, with this kind of recipes at hand, I feel ready and armed with that I really like my low-carb lifestyle without a life without sweet things. I suspect, cookbook author, Sharon Allbright,read my thoughts when he wrote his book on page 216, Low - Carb Sweets and The Art of Self-indulgence "(Paisley Print House, 2003).

Low - Carb Sweet is one of the most beautiful books I've read lately recipe. This book is a complete package: more than 100 easy recipes to follow, funny pictures and friendly, helpful suggestions and warm support and with the right amount of taste reasons. From the beautiful, brilliant coverage for the pink pages of this Cookbook is quite fascinating.

I recommend Low - Carb Sweets for the start of low-carb cooks and experts "lifers." The 100 + recipes are useful chapters between a healthy, cultured without sugar, protein-rich lifestyle. From the first line: "This is not an introduction to" Living the ocean with her husband and the dog '... "I knew this would be a fun book to read and keep.

Allbright objective of> Low - carb eating into a life of joy "is admirable, and I like the philosophy section. In fact, after reading through the" On The Low - Carb Trail (In Search of Dessert Nirvana) "and" Are you ready to leave? (Tricks of Treats) "I started salivating to try her recipes. And there's a tasty selection of them." Waffles, pancakes, crepes and blintzes, "" Cookies, Cookies & Bars "," Ice Cream & Other creamy pleasure are "some of the Chapter with recipes for cakes, muffins, cakes, pies, smoothies, soft drinks and candy to fill the pages.

Some of the recipes include a "carb waffle zero", "Very Berry blintzes," "Coconut Chip Cookies", "Black Forrest Cake," "Devil's Food Cupcakes", "Orange Brandy Cream, Luscious Lemony Pie," "Vanilla Chippies" , "Kicker Mocha" and "Root Beer Supreme. All the recipes in this book forms the basis of low - carb to the rear. The ingredients used are "> Low - protein powder, unflavored, gelatin, linseed and other seeds and psyllium meals. Carb sweeteners include sucralose, stevia and Nutrition that saccharine. Basic things that I discovered it was full of Allbright goal is to use natural ingredients.

The third section of the book is "The art of self-indulgence" with six funny and inspired chapter, "The move to a 'Dream", "Pleasure Principle," Journal (dreams to reality) "," Ashley's Journal ( Discovery in a window), ""Blowing It (With Style)" and "make-up of 24 hours." I found these chapters are an enjoyable read filled with small hands, inspiration, motivation and real experiences that I definitely identified with. Allbright hit the black, as she "wrote" Low - Carb Sweet ... and how sweet it is!
