Kurvaceous™ Free Fitness Workouts & Diet Tips: Home Made Low Carb Protein Bars

Simple, easy to make low carb protein bars that you can make at home. There are no sugar alcohols or fillers and are as about as natural as a protein bar can get! Ingredients: 150g Protein Powder (Vanilla or choc) 40g Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 80g Lite Cream cheese Directions: 1. Line a 15cm x 10cm plastic container with gladbake non-stick paper 2. Melt coconut oil & cream cheese together in microwave until soft and slightly melted (Approx1-2 min on med power) 3. Add Protein Powder, mix and pour into lined container, spread even and place in refrigerator to firm. 4. In approx 10-20mins cut into 10-12 bars.
